KODA.pk Return & Refund Policy

At KODA.pk, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we make returning it simple. This policy explains when you can return an item and how to get a refund.

Returning an Item

  • Return Window: You have 3 days from receiving your order to return any item.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and accessories included.
  • Proof of Purchase: Keep your receipt or order confirmation handy.

What Can’t Be Returned?

  • Sale Items: Look for “sale” on the product description. These items aren’t eligible for returns.
  • Used Products: We can’t accept returns on used or opened items.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: These are unique and can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Reasons for Return

  • Not as Described: If the item isn’t what you expected, send it back for a full refund or exchange.
  • Damaged or Defective: Damaged items? We’ll replace them or give you a full refund. Report any damage within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Change of Mind: No problem! You can return the item within 3 days, but you’ll cover the return shipping cost.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Let us know! Email us at [email protected] or call our customer service line. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN on the package. Use a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it. If everything looks good, you’ll get your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

  • What You Get Back: We’ll refund the original purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping costs you paid.
  • How You Get It: We’ll refund you using the same payment method you used to purchase the item.
  • Timing: Allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive the returned item. Processing times by your bank or payment provider may vary.

Return Shipping

  • Who Pays: You’ll be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.
  • Original Shipping: The original shipping fee you paid at purchase is non-refundable, except for cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Cancelling Your Order

Change your mind before your order ships? No worries! You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Some Important Notes

  • Our customer service team will provide the return shipping address when you get your return authorization.
  • Pack your return securely! We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. KODA.pk is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
  • We inspect all returned items. If an item doesn’t meet our return criteria, we may not be able to issue a refund or exchange.
