Paying for Your Order
- We require full payment upfront for all orders. No cash on delivery (COD) option is available.
- We accept various payment methods like bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and mobile wallets. All payments are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- You’ll receive confirmation (email or SMS) once your payment is complete, and your order starts processing.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
- You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, it goes into processing and can’t be canceled.
- To cancel, contact our customer support with your order number (via email or phone).
- If canceled within the timeframe, you’ll receive a full refund within 7-10 business days using your original payment method.
Returning Products and Getting Refunds
- You can return a product if you’re unhappy with it or if it arrives damaged. You have 3 days from receiving it to request a return.
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Once we receive the returned product, we’ll inspect it. If it meets the return criteria, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days using your original payment method.
- Please note that you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
- Some items may be marked “final sale” and cannot be returned.
About Our Products
- We try our best to accurately represent products through descriptions and images. However, slight variations in color, design, or packaging may occur.
- All products go through quality checks before being shipped.
- If you receive a product that doesn’t meet your expectations, you can return it within 3 days as mentioned in the return section.
Delivery Information
- Delivery times depend on your location in Pakistan. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after payment confirmation.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking information once your order is shipped.
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You’ll be responsible for these costs, including return shipping for refunds.
